Before co-founding The Impact Group, Don led the business operations for Bacon’s Information, an international leader in market intelligence. Don gave up the West Coast life for the sprawling hills of Northeast Ohio and couldn’t be happier.

Fellow co-founder of The Impact Group, Tom is a man of action with an expertise in motivating audiences to action. His background in political science and research methodologies has led to dozens and dozens of successful political, municipal and school-district campaigns. He wins. Tom is a fitness nut who also has a love of history, which led him to becoming a published author. His first novel, “Hannibal – The Forging” is available on Amazon, and his second novel “Lihn” is set to be released in 2018.

As the vice president of client fulfillment for The Impact Group, Krista excels in building relationships and trust with clients. Her expertise is in general marketing and management, solving problems, building relationships and thinking strategically to benefit all IGPR clients.
Krista enjoys that the industry is constantly evolving, giving her the opportunity to learn new programs, tactics and technology to bring the latest innovation to clients. Krista also believes in the power of marketing and has seen how marketing campaigns can truly change lives, such as the Anti-Human Trafficking Campaign for the state of Ohio.

Fernanda is the firm Controller and is responsible for all of financial and operating aspects of The Impact Group. She earned her accounting degree from the University of Akron and is a jack-of-all-trades.
Fernanda’s responsibilities include invoicing, client audits and ensuring that all client accounts are accurately managed. She enjoys bringing her analytical and data-driven calculations, projections and problem-solving skills to the creative industry where can watch campaigns develop from concept to design to client fulfillment.

Dr. Greg LaForme came to IGPR as a special consultant after many years in the developmental disability industry. His vast experience with strategic planning, training, teaching, presenting, organizational/management development, levy planning and in-service development benefits many IGPR clients.

Chris DiMauro is the vice president of strategy for The Impact Group. With a background in public education, including three years as an assistant superintendent, Chris brings a unique perspective and set of skills to IGPR. He has expertise in organizational development, strategic planning, community engagement, crisis management, and leadership training and workshops.

Samantha Booth is a senior account lead for The Impact Group, specializing in our school clients. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced working in the world of education.
Prior to IGPR, Sam gained valuable experience working across a number of industries. Her background includes digital public relations, social media, corporate communications, as well as marketing and fundraising for the nonprofit sector.
Sam uses her excellent customer service skills and diverse marketing experience to deliver unique approaches to help clients meet their goals. As a lifelong learner, Sam strives to stay up to date on the latest and most innovative marketing tactics. Meghan is a junior account lead for The Impact Group and is responsible for managing her clients as well as providing account support for other account leads. Katie recently graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication Design. As a graphic designer, she has an excellent eye for creating visually appealing graphics for both print and digital media, including flyers, brochures, postcards, logos, social graphics, email communications, video and photography.
With experience across many industries, Katie is able to help clients achieve their goals and help establish brand identity. Natalie came to IGPR after graduating from Kent State University with her bachelor’s in public relations and a minor in creative writing. Natalie was a 2019 PRSSA Bateman Case Study Competition participant, researching, developing and executing a campaign centered around increasing diversity in the communications field. Her team ranked within the top 18 out of 66 schools across the nation. Natalie has experience in social media, copywriting, research and journalism.
Natalie is deeply passionate about the power of education and loves supporting the school districts that IGPR serves.
