Making an IMPACT: March 2026

Published On: March 4th, 2026

As February brought its share of snow, sunshine, and everything in between, our team found energy in being on the road and alongside the leaders we serve.

From strategic visioning with community members at Buckeye Local Schools to integrating Appreciology into leadership practices with administrators at Barrington 220 School District in the Chicago area, we’ve been inspired by the passion and purpose driving schools forward.

We partnered with Pisanick Partners on the NutriSnax podcast to highlight how connection, appreciation, and storytelling amplify school district messaging, and collaborated with the administrative team at Stow-Munroe Falls City School District to thoughtfully review strategic plan feedback from students, staff, families, and community members.

Every visit reinforces what we know to be true: when leaders are intentional about strategy, communication, and culture, meaningful impact follows.
